Pavé Specialty Bakery And Catering opened in downtown Everett in 1992. The café & deli is located at 2326 Colby Avenue, fronted by a wide sidewalk with convenient parking and surrounded by wonderful shops.

Lil Miller is the owner of Pavé Bakery. At an age when most children fashion mud pies, Lil was turning out Tournedos Rossini and Cherries Jubilee. Thanks to her parents, both enthusiastic experimental cooks, Lil’s interest in haute cuisine started early and blossomed into a life-long passion. She attended the world-renowned Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, from 1983 to 1985. After completing her externship at the Stouffer Madison Hotel in Seattle, she went on to West Virginia where she created and managed a charcuterie program for the venerable Greenbrier Hotel and Golf Resort. She later moved to California to hone her skills and fine-tune her taste buds under the renowned Michael Roberts, Chef/Owner of Trump’s in West Hollywood and she became Trump’s first female Chef de Cuisine. In 1988, the Los Angelos Times named Lil one of the top chefs in Los Angeles.
